    Pretty glazing, outside very rough to the touch, inside much smoother. Pours well and pleasant to drink from. I hope the rope will prove resistent over time. I would not use this for travelling, for fear of breakage. Good communication with seller, quick shipping (my order stayed stuck for a long time at the French customs / postal hub, though).

    Gaiwan is true to description. Received it well wrapped in bubble foil with a complimentary sachet of tea. Outside glaze has a very rough feel. Diameter approx 10 cm. I would not use this as a travel set, though, even if it looks quite sturdy.
