- Any order shipped by Dragon Tea House can be tracked here.
- To confirm delivery of your item, you can use your tracking number. Dragon Tea House's online tracking tool allows you to use the tracking number from your mailing label or receipt to access tracking information and confirm the delivery of your item.
How Track Works?
Our tracking system is updated daily to provide you with the most current information available about the location and status of your item.
How do I use Track & Trace?
You can find tracking number of your order in your order information. Simply enter the reference number provided by us and click on yellow button ‘Track’. The status of your item will then be shown.
The system isn’t accepting my reference number?
First, please check that you have a valid reference number. A China Post reference number is 13 digits long starting with two letters (e.g. RA), followed by nine numbers, and ending with the two letters CN. For example, a reference number could look like this: RA 1234 5678 9CN.
What if my tracking information is unavailable?
If you receive a message telling you that your tracking information is unavailable, it doesn't mean that your item hasn't been mailed.
- There may be a delay between scanning events and the availability of tracking information related to those scanning events
- Depending on how recently your item was mailed, tracking information may not be immediately available
