Shipping & Delivery
Dragon Tea House uses China Post as our primary carrier. Upon receiving payment we ship in 3 business day via China Post worldwide. We currently ship worldwide.
Normally our free international economy shipping takes 4-6 weeks to arrive.
Two weeks express shipping via EMS option is available. Prices are dependent upon order weight and destination. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
The majority of orders shipped by Dragon Tea House are sent via SAL with a delivery confirmation number.
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.
Shipping Damages & Loss
All orders are insured which protects against shipping damage and loss by Dragon Tea House. Customers are given the option to receive an exact item or refund. Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Within 72 hours of receipt, report any damages to us. If it has been over 40 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact Dragon Tea House to investigate the location of your order. While we will work quickly to locate, send another one or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution.
Refund & Returns
We guarantee everything we sell as described if any of our tea were misrepresented by us we will refund 100% of your payment. If you are not satisfied with any product that you bought from us, you can return it within three business days in original condition for the full refund excluding shipping. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE.
Return/Exchange unwanted products within 3 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded for returns on unwanted items and exchanged products may be charged a shipping fee. We do not accept returns on any used products. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resale condition.
Dragon Tea House will send another one (with like product) or refund any defective product within 30 days of customer receipt. Shipping will be reimbursed for the return and change of defective items. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.
- You will receive confirmation when your return is received and processed. To file a claim send us a picture of the damaged item, with the original packaging, via e-mail within 3 days of the receipt of your item.
- Returned items must be received and inspected by Dragon Tea House prior to reimbursement or shipping the same items.
- Credits/refunds will be issued in the manner in which they are paid. Regardless of the reason of return (unwanted item or defective/damaged item) please allow 15 days for return processing and refund. All returns must have a Return Authorization to be accepted and processed. If you need to return or exchange products for any reason please contact Dragon Tea House. State the order number, product, and reason for the return. We cannot be responsible for items shipped back to Dragon Tea House without pre-approval.
Product Availability & Backorders
Dragon Tea House offers a variety of brands and products that are usually in stock and our inventory is replenished each week. Rarely an item may be on temporary or extended backorder from the manufacturer. We make every effort to list on the product page any backorder information that is available. Once you have made your purchase, if an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will be notified if the item is anticipated to take longer than two weeks to be received. You have the option to cancel the backordered items (regardless of wait time) and receive a refund.
