It means it didn't pass the check in China and will be checked again or returned back. It is suggested to track it in the following days to see. Sometimes it could pass the check for the second time and be shipped successfully. If it couldn't pass the check, it will be returned to us and we will reship it for you. As a buyer, you do not need to take any additional actions.
